Ahhh yes Spring is arriving finally. I saw some of the usual early spring flowers when I was out and about today.
This little plant loves to be near the water from the looks of it. Do the little white buds bloom into larger flowers? They look so delicate.

@Laurie: Yes! they will bloom, a batch of little cute while flowers, They are at most 5mm!
